Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs and market trends into robust technical specifications for chassis-related features such as suspension, steering, braking, and vehicle dynamics.
• Oversee the end-to-end development and validation of chassis systems.
• Lead and mentor system engineers to derive system-level requirements from technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of system architecture with product goals.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE standards (SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3) throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage project teams, including bilingual engineers, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in automotive embedded systems and system engineering.
• Strong background in requirement elicitation, specification, and system architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with ASPICE SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3 processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing project teams and delivering complex automotive systems.
• Experience working with major OEMs such as Volkswagen (VW), Mercedes-Benz (MB), BMW, Stellantis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Native German speaker or EU citizen with C1-level German language proficiency (mandatory).
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
