As a warehouse Operational Administration (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operations Support Team. Are you interested in helping us build a new logistics site? Then apply now!

Your future responsibilities:
Checking entries for missing or excess quantities, items, and delivery notes in the warehouse management system
Processing clarification requests, damage claims, and cases of missing or excess quantities
Processing delivery notes
Scheduling
Coordinating with external partners
Documenting processes

What we’re looking for:
Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities
Proficiency in German and English is a plus
