Your future responsibilities:
Order preparation for outgoing and incoming goods
Consolidating orders and creating picking batches
Managing and monitoring the picking process
Monitoring order transmission and order structure
Preparing and monitoring stock transfers and consolidation transports
Maintaining constant customer contact and serving as the point of contact regarding order status and actions
Participating in medium- and long-term personnel planning
Responsible for written and telephone customer support (B2B

What we’re looking for:
Completed vocational training in logistics or a business-related field with relevant professional experience
Experience working with warehouse management systems
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities
Good German and English language skills
